4. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on our website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on our website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on our website at any time without notice.
5. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Estimates are subject to:
- Verification of property access and conditions upon arrival
- Confirmation of scope of work
- Changes in material or labor costs
- Unforeseen circumstances discovered during the initial evaluation
Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Prices are subject to change with 7 days' notice for recurring maintenance contracts.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, credit card, and electronic transfers. A processing fee of 3% applies to credit card payments.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of invoice date may result in suspension of services and may be referred to a collection agency.
7. Cancellation Policy
For One-Time Services: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date for a full refund. Cancellations with less notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
For Recurring Maintenance: Either party may cancel with 14 days' written notice. Early termination may result in loss of any prepaid discounts.
Emergency Cancellations: If we must cancel due to severe weather or emergency, the appointment will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
8. Scope of Work
Our services are limited to the specific work outlined in the written estimate or service agreement. Additional work requests beyond the agreed scope will be charged at our prevailing rates and require prior approval.
9. Property Damage
While our crews take reasonable precautions, we are not responsible for pre-existing property damage or damage caused by underground utilities (pipes, cables, sprinklers, etc.). Property owners are responsible for marking utility locations before work begins.
We carry $2,000,000 in general liability insurance. For any damage that may occur, claims must be reported within 48 hours of the incident.
10. Weather and Scheduling
Services may be postponed or rescheduled due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any schedule changes as soon as possible.
11. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure safe and efficient service delivery, customers agree to:
- Provide clear access to the property and work areas
- Disclose any hazards, obstacles, or utility locations
- Remove personal items from areas where work will be performed
- Secure pets in an enclosed space during service visits
- Ensure property is accessible during scheduled appointment windows
12. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you to address any concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to customer-requested changes made after project completion.
13. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ADS Lawn Service Inc. and Landscaping or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
14. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites. Your use of third-party websites is governed by their respective terms and policies.
15. Limitation on Time to File Claims

20. Entire Agreement
